RES TOWER. The tower set to change the Rzeszów skyline
Apartamenty Parkowe Res Tower is the most striking development HARTBEX is building. A high-rise on ul. Wyspiańskiego, next to green space, it targets the upper segment of the Rzeszów residential market.
The development is going up near ul. Wyspiańskiego and ul. Witosa, approx. 1.5 km from Rzeszów’s Market Square, and is run by a special-purpose vehicle of the HARTBEX group. According to the investor’s announcements it will comprise 144 apartments.
Scale and architecture
According to trade portals, the first phase is to consist of two residential buildings, the taller of which is to have 17 storeys and stand approx. 55 m — placing the project among the taller residential buildings in the city. The total floor area of the whole development, as given by the company, is approx. 48,368 sq m. The firm highlights the proximity of green space (Park Zdrowia) and the convenient transport layout.
Timeline
According to trade reports, construction began in late 2024, with completion planned for 2027. It is a multi-year project whose successive phases will be a real test of demand for the premium segment in Rzeszów. Res Tower is a development in which HARTBEX is clearly reaching for premium positioning: a high-rise, a prominent location beside green space and a consistent “apartment” narrative.
