Turnkey interiors and the Architect Zone — Maxfliz sells a system, not tiles

You can sell tiles. Or you can sell a finished result, guided from design through to installation. Maxfliz is increasingly betting on the latter — and on supporting professionals.

Not tiles, but a system.
Comprehensive 'Turnkey Apartment', the Architect Zone and a developer division — materials as a guided service, not standalone products.

What's most interesting about MAX-FLIZ isn't what the company sells, but how. The Kraków-based network of premium showrooms — with locations in Kraków, Warsaw, Katowice and Wrocław — is shifting increasingly from selling individual products towards selling a complete, guided service.

'Turnkey Apartment'

At the heart of this layer is comprehensive interior finishing — the 'Turnkey Apartment' service, illustrated with specific projects (such as a bespoke design in Katowice). This is productisation in its purest form: instead of selling tiles, ceramics and fittings separately, Maxfliz sells a finished result, guided from design through to installation. For a premium client, that saves the most valuable resource of all — attention and time.

The Architect Zone and development partners

The second layer is support for professionals: the 'Architect Zone' and a developer division working with partners such as Trei, Selva, Inter-Bud and Real Construct. This shows the scale of the organisational challenge — a premium distributor must maintain consistent, up-to-date sales materials for over a dozen partners at once, each with its own developments and requirements. That is exactly where front-office organisation begins.

Materials created by Method Group

At Method Press, we see Maxfliz as a model case of a premium distributor (ICP group B), where value is created at the intersection of product, service and professional support. The more parallel partners and projects, the greater the difference between one coherent system of materials and the chaos of separate folders for each client.
