The river as a neighbour, the city beach within walking distance and a deliberate decision to forgo ground-floor retail units — Panorama Kwiatkowskiego River is the project in which NG Development most fully delivers on its brand promise: location is meant to be a product in its own right.
By the river, in the green part of the city
The development sits right on the Wisłok, in one of the more recreational parts of Rzeszów, with direct access to the city beach and neighbouring walking and cycling routes. It is aimed at a specific group — active people and families for whom proximity to nature and water outweighs the very centre of the city.
Scale and layout
River comprises three residential buildings in which the developer has designed a total of 171 apartments ranging from 32 to 145 square metres. A deliberate design decision is the absence of retail units on the ground floor; the developer justifies this by citing quiet and privacy, building the “boutique” label around the development. The standard specification includes quiet-running lifts, underground garages, storage units, bicycle bays and private ground-floor gardens; the estate is fitted with fibre-optic connectivity and round-the-clock monitoring.
Schedule
The developer publishes a phased construction schedule: from the completion of buildings A and B (31 July 2025) and the raising of the successive storeys of building C, through to the completion of works planned for 31 March 2026. Panorama Kwiatkowskiego River is part of the broader “Panorama Kwiatkowskiego” line — alongside the Lake variant, located by Żwirownia.
