NSG Group has signed an exclusive distribution agreement for Pilkington architectural glass in Ukraine with NovaSklo Trade — a project of the EFI Group holding. The agreement was finalised during the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 in Gdańsk, with the manufacturer linking it directly to the country's reconstruction.
NSG Group, one of the world's leading manufacturers of architectural glass, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with NovaSklo Trade — a project of the Ukrainian investment and industrial holding EFI Group — for the supply of Pilkington architectural glass products in Ukraine. The agreement was finalised during the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 in Gdańsk.
Under the agreement, NovaSklo Trade becomes the sole official distributor of Pilkington architectural glass products in Ukraine, reinforcing NSG Group's commitment to supporting the country's reconstruction and the long-term development of its construction sector.
'We are pleased that this agreement with NovaSklo Trade strengthens our presence in Ukraine. As the country continues its reconstruction and development efforts, access to high-quality architectural glass solutions will play an important role in the creation of modern, energy-efficient buildings. By working with a strong local partner, we can better support customers at every stage of the value chain and contribute to the long-term development of the Ukrainian construction sector,' said Mariusz Kołodziej, Sales Director, Architectural Glass, NSG Group Eastern Region.
As part of the cooperation, NovaSklo Trade will gain exclusive rights to supply and promote the full portfolio of Pilkington architectural glass solutions, including flagship products such as the extra-clear Pilkington Optiwhite™, the high-performance solar control glass Pilkington Suncool™, and the float glass Pilkington Optifloat™ Clear.
These solutions are widely used in facade and panoramic glazing, premium-class insulated glazing units, and modern architectural and structural applications, offering high performance in terms of transparency, energy efficiency and design freedom.

'Providing the Ukrainian market with access to leading global technologies is of particular importance to us. This next stage of cooperation with NSG Group — the technical partner of the NovaSklo project — is a further step in the development of a modern glass industry in Ukraine and in strengthening the competitiveness of the construction sector. Partnerships of this kind lay the foundation for the country's long-term industrial development,' said Ihor Liski, founder of EFI Group.
Through this cooperation, NovaSklo Trade will give Ukrainian customers direct access to Pilkington products and technical expertise, working closely with architects, developers and glass processors to deliver modern, energy-efficient construction solutions.
The distribution model provides direct access to NSG Group as the manufacturer, eliminating additional intermediaries and enabling competitive pricing, streamlined logistics and reliable delivery times.
This joint initiative underlines NSG Group's long-term commitment to Ukraine and is intended to support the adoption of modern architectural glass standards, strengthening the resilience and capabilities of the Ukrainian construction sector.
