Doubled sales and over half the Kielce market — a strong start to the year for Trust Investment
The most interesting developer stories do not always happen in Warsaw. A developer from Kielce started 2026 by doubling sales and claims over half of the local market — built on an award-winning flagship scheme.
Trust Investment opened 2026 with a result that is impressive for a regional developer: in the first quarter it doubled year-on-year flat sales (up 100%) and claims over 50% share of the Kielce market. It is the kind of position most developers can only dream of in their home city — achieved not at the expense of quality, but on ambitious, recognisable schemes.
Four schemes at once
The result is backed by a broad front. Trust is running four schemes in Kielce at the same time: the flagship Sky Trust, the family-oriented Dzielnica Trust, Krakowska Rogatka in the city centre, and its newest development, Massalskiego Trust in Ślichowice (we cover it separately). Running several projects in parallel is exactly the point where a developer with 3–6 active schemes starts drowning in materials, statuses and versions — or builds a system that holds it all together.
Sky Trust — the flagship building the brand
The company's calling card is Sky Trust, billed as the tallest residential building in the capital of the Świętokrzyskie region. On the scale of Kielce, it is a defining building — a landmark that raises the aspirations of the entire local market. The scheme has earned external proof of quality: the TopBuilder 2026 award and a '5 Star Winner – Residential Development 20+ Units' distinction at the prestigious International Property Awards. For a developer outside the largest metropolitan areas, such an award is a real sales argument — proof that the product holds up in international comparison, not only locally.

Not just one city
Trust is not confining itself to Kielce. Beyond its home city, the developer is delivering the high-profile O27 scheme in Katowice — a tower with Poland's first residential Sky Walk (separate article) — and is expanding its offer into Radom and Gliwice. It is a model that lets a smaller company scale without depending on a single market or a single demand cycle.
Why it matters
Doubling sales while building a recognisable, award-winning product shows that a developer from a regional market can compete in the premium segment — provided it has a scheme that builds the brand and knows how to present it. It is exactly the kind of story where how a scheme is presented carries as much weight as the architecture itself.
