Olszynki Park — the Rzeszów tower reaching for the title of tallest residential building in Poland

APKLAN's two-tower complex in the centre of Rzeszów, with a landmark tower of a target height of 220,67 metres, is described by industry outlets as the tallest residential building in the country — ahead of Wrocław's Sky Tower and Warsaw's Złota 44.

Olszynki Park is currently the most recognisable development by the Rzeszów developer. The complex is made up of two connected towers holding 292 apartments in total. It is being built on the green terrace of the Wisłok river near Szopena Street, immediately adjacent to the city centre. The architectural design is by the S.T. Architekci studio.

Height and ranking

The developer gives a target height of 220,67 m for the main tower. Industry outlets covering the high-rise market note that this figure places the building first among residential buildings in Poland — ahead of Wrocław's Sky Tower (212 m) and Warsaw's Złota 44 (192 m).

Facilities programme and status

The development has been conceived as a self-sufficient complex. In its programme the developer announces a full-size swimming pool, a spa and fitness zone, a dining area, a conference centre, retail and service space and a multi-storey underground car park. According to industry reports, the structure reached its target height (shell stage) in 2024, and the handover of units to buyers began in 2025. For Rzeszów itself this means a new landmark on the city skyline and a building that goes beyond the previous scale of local residential development.
