Strażacka 40 — the best-documented scheme
The residential building at ul. Strażacka 40 in Rzeszów’s Drabinianka district is the developer’s most fully documented development in external sources. It comprises 45 residential units in a single building of five above-ground storeys and one below ground, with 60 parking spaces. Construction began in December 2019 and was completed in December 2020. Apartment floor areas were planned in a range from 35.28 to 86.4 sq m, and the building serves a residential function with a retail and service section.
Wschodnia 15 and Urocza 4
According to the developer’s website, the Wschodnia 15 development at ul. Wschodnia is an intimate project of 24 apartments with a total floor area of 1,415 sq m; the building is sold out. Urocza 4 at ul. Urocza 4a, in turn, comprises 69 apartments with a total floor area of 4,052 sq m, with a handover date in the third quarter of 2020; as the developer states, the development was delivered by the entity BB Invest Development.
