Two companies, one name on the board
The National Court Register lists Perinvest Development Sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000555480, NIP 5170369681, REGON 361357395), with its registered office at al. gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 49B in Rzeszów. Its principal business is the delivery of construction projects involving the erection of buildings; the role of management-board president is held by Bartłomiej Perdeusz. Operating in parallel is Invest Development Sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000643803), also of Rzeszów, whose management-board president is the same person (in post since October 2016).
