From building site to finished estate — the Mazdom portfolio
Not every developer starts out in development. Mazdom grew out of contracting — and that has left a clear mark on how it builds.
Not every developer starts out in development. Mazdom grew out of contracting: the brand rests on nearly two decades of experience of the group's founder, who has built up his construction and management practice continuously since 2008, and has run his own development business under the MAZDOM name since 2018. It is a path that has left a clear mark on how the company builds: from the construction site to the finished estate, with its own execution capacity in-house.
Developer and general contractor in one
Before the company began delivering its own schemes, its founder spent years overseeing complex residential projects for leading national developers. That built up know-how which today sets Mazdom apart from a typical investor who subcontracts everything out. The company handles a project end to end — from land analysis and acquisition, through design, to direct construction, engineering supervision and sales. The key is its own construction workforce and a permanent supervising team. In an industry where many developers depend on external crews, control over execution means better command of timelines, costs and quality.
Figures and handover quality
The company's track record adds up to a concrete tally: more than 23,900 square metres of modern residential and commercial space handed over to date. Mazdom also highlights the low defect rate of its schemes — according to the company's own statements, based on independent testing and engineering audits, its estates record defect rates significantly below market norms. For buyers who scrutinise handover standards ever more closely, that pedigree — a technical one, not just a marketing claim — can be a genuine asset.
A portfolio in a single town
Mazdom's track record in Błonie is by now clear and quantifiable. Its flagship project remains Apartamenty nad Stawami, delivered in two phases: the first comprised 81 flats, the second two buildings totalling 49 and 71 units, or 120 flats altogether. The company also built Oaza Spokoju Mazowiecka, a compact estate of 16 comfortable single-family homes. Its most recent and largest completed scheme is Błońska Enklawa, 198 flats across two four-storey buildings set around a green courtyard. The portfolio shows consistency: rather than spreading across different cities or formats, the company keeps building successive estates in a single location.
A continuity that shows on the ground
That consistency continues. Having completed Błońska Enklawa, Mazdom is now selling and building its new Błonie Vita scheme, whose phases launched in 2026, while actively seeking further plots in the town. The company also takes the burden of formalities off buyers' shoulders — it states it ensures full legal security of transactions, helps arrange financing, and, working with an interior-design partner, offers turnkey fit-out.
Mazdom's history is an example of a company that grew in stages: from construction services, through its first smaller estates, to schemes numbering in the hundreds of flats. For buyers, that track record carries very concrete value — every earlier project can today be seen completed and occupied.
