NSG Group and BOHAMET S.A. are launching an exclusive partnership on glass using Pilkington DataStop™ technology — glass that limits the penetration of electromagnetic radiation and protects data where it matters most: in offices and server rooms.
NSG Group has signed an agreement with BOHAMET S.A. Under the agreement, BOHAMET becomes the exclusive partner for the sale of glass made using Pilkington DataStop™ technology — a solution that protects rooms and equipment from unwanted electromagnetic radiation.
The partnership brings together two companies with an established position in their markets: the Pilkington brand, known for reliability and for glass manufactured in Poland for decades, and BOHAMET — a leader for nearly 40 years in the manufacture of marine windows and doors, with its own glass processing plant.
What Pilkington DataStop™ technology actually delivers
Pilkington DataStop™ is the name of a product group designed to limit the penetration of electromagnetic radiation. In practice, this means additional shielding where it matters — in offices, server rooms and other spaces where data protection is important.
Put simply: Pilkington DataStop™ lets light through just like standard solutions, but significantly hinders the 'leakage' of electromagnetic signal to the outside and the penetration of interference inward. It is a solution for places where data protection and stable equipment performance matter.
Why BOHAMET
From the outset, BOHAMET S.A. has focused on development and continuous improvement of its production processes to better meet growing customer needs. The company operates three plants: marine window and door manufacturing, aluminium-and-glass structure manufacturing, and glass processing.
