Trust Investment is opening another front in Kielce — a small-scale, family estate at the foot of Karczówka, where the common area plays music and has a scent. Because in the premium segment, the experience starts right at the entrance.
Massalskiego Trust is Trust Investment's newest project in Kielce — an estate in Ślichowice, in the western part of the city at the foot of Karczówka. Designed by the Kielce-based studio 4idea, it comprises four buildings with 245 flats. It is a small-scale, family-oriented project, different in character from the high-rise flagship Sky Trust, which makes it a good illustration of how the developer differentiates its offer for different audiences.
Flats and space
Floor areas range from 28 to 129 sq m, with flats complemented by spacious balconies and terraces of up to 40 sq m. The estate has been designed with facilities meant to genuinely serve residents: 302 parking spaces and 147 storage units, plus a bicycle repair station, bike shelters and racks, and a large playground. The common area is more than just a corridor — it is a space designed around a family's everyday life.
The estate that plays music and has a scent
A hallmark of Trust's projects is its sensory approach to common areas. At Massalskiego Trust, the shared spaces feature subtle music and specially composed scents — an element the company applies consistently across its projects. On top of that come amenities that build a sense of community: a toddlers' club, a residents' club, and a yoga zone / reading room with a remote-work space. In the premium segment, it is precisely such details — the experience, not just the floor area — that increasingly decide the choice.
Location
Ślichowice is a quiet, green part of Kielce. Nearby is the Skalny Ślichowice nature reserve with a historic limestone quarry, and the area is well served by schools, shops and recreational infrastructure.
