From Osiedle Zawiszy to Zielone Staromieście — the map of developments that changed the landscape of Rzeszów
DEVELOPRES’s delivery timeline is almost a chronology of Rzeszów’s residential development over the past two decades: from the first large estate, through the SkyRes high-rises, to the revitalisation of a century-old tenement and the latest development, with a handover date in 2027.
The first chapter: Zawisza and scale
The delivery history begins in September 2008 with the start of construction on Osiedle Zawiszy — the company’s first development, built in phases and comprising, according to the company’s figures, 28 residential buildings with retail units and more than 1,800 apartments. The estate is now described as sold out.
SkyRes: apartments, towers and a certified office building
The next turning point was the SkyRes complex at the junction of Warszawska and Lubelska streets. Construction of the residential part began in August 2013 — six buildings ranging from 9 to 19 storeys and, as the company reports, more than 860 apartments. In March 2016 the company moved its headquarters to the Class A SkyRes office building, which was awarded the international LEED Gold certificate.
A decade of expansion: further estates
The following years brought a series of developments across different parts of the city, many of which are now listed as sold out: Osiedle Nad Wisłokiem (ul. Siemieńskiego, building B with 220 apartments), Urocze Nowe Miasto (ul. Zaciszna, around 300 apartments), Nova Graniczna (three 13-storey buildings and 372 apartments), Paderewskiego Park (three 10-storey buildings with 222 apartments, handovers in 2021) and Tarasy nad Zalewem (ul. Kwiatkowskiego, six buildings, around 300 apartments).
New formats: houses, a heritage building and the latest project
In parallel, the company extended its offering beyond multi-family buildings. The Bella Dolina estate on ul. Lubelska was delivered in successive phases up to phase IV (2024–2025). In 2023, construction began on the Leśna Wola estate in Głogów Małopolski (detached houses, semi-detached houses and terraced houses). A separate thread is the revitalisation of a historic tenement at al. Piłsudskiego 5 — a building that, according to the company, has more than 120 years of history. The latest chapter is opened by Zielone Staromieście on ul. Jana Welca: sales began in December 2025, and the developer has set completion of construction for September 2027.
